ARE BABIES AND CHILDREN SAFE AT PINNACLE PORT?
As parents and now grandparents of 4 little ones under 2 years old, children are near and dear to our hearts! Safety is one of the reasons we have brought our children to Pinnacle Port for decades.

As far as our condo, yes, your child is safe here. While our condo does have stairs, the main level has a bedroom with a queen bed and bath. As well as a pullout couch for additional sleepers. An additional two bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The condo has two balconies where your child will need to be attended to by an adult.
​
As a gated community, Pinnacle Port boasts many safe and family-friendly activities open to children under adult supervision. This includes an indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, bocce ball courts, playgrounds, a basketball court, Lake Powell, and beachfront access.

CAN I BRING MY PETS?
We would love to say yes to pets because we love our furry friends too. However, Pinnacle Port HOA has a strict no-pets policy that includes emotional support animals.

You will see pets on the property, but they belong to owners. Any pet seen on the property has been through a process that includes registration, training, and verification of medical records. These verified animals are given special identification so they can be easily recognized. There is a $500 fine for unregistered animals on the property, so please make other arrangements for your furry friend!

One of the things we love about Pinnacle Port is its rules and guidelines that help us all feel safe. Thank you for understanding!

Our cancellation policy explained...
We get it! Life happens, which sometimes means missing out on the vacation you've been dreaming of!
You can cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date for a full refund. After that period, 1/2 of your deposit can be returned up to seven days before check-in. If canceled after that period, or in case of a no-show, you'll be charged for the entire duration of your intended stay.

We must protect ourselves but are still willing to work with you because we understand sometimes things are beyond our control. Feel free to call us with any questions about our cancellation policy.

HOW WILL I CHECK-IN?
As a gated community, Pinnacle Port requires registration before you are allowed on the property. ​
Five days before your arrival, you will be sent paperwork that must be printed and shown to security at the time of your arrival. This process is easy and will not require you to leave your vehicle. Once cleared, you can drive on through to the condo.​
On the day of arrival, you will receive a temporary code to the condo that will last for the remainder of your stay. This will be the only key needed!

DO WE HAVE A COFFEE POT IN THE CONDO?
Of course, we do!

We have a twelve-cup pot for the whole crew (or just you!) and a Keurig for those who like to brew their own!
We even gift you a little coffee for your first morning with us, so brew away!

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN BEACH CHAIR?
We keep four beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards that are at your disposal while staying with us. If you require more, you are welcome to bring your own!

With that said, if you'd like to skip lugging chairs out to the beach and get right to relaxing, you can make reservations through Pinnacle Port's beach chair rental service. This service is a dream--they will set your reserved number of chairs out first thing in the morning and take them down at night--all you've got to do is remember your sunscreen!

ARE THERE STAIRS?
Yes, we are on the ninth floor, so there are plenty of stairs if that's your idea of a good morning workout! For everyone else, three elevators in our lobby are at your disposal.​
While our condo does have stairs, the main level has a bedroom with a queen bed and bath. As well as a pullout couch for additional sleepers. The main level also includes the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and incredible beach views, so it's entirely possible to enjoy our condo without needing to use the stairs.

IS THERE SPACE FOR MY PADDLE BOARD/BIKE?
Thankfully, our building has bike racks where you can store your bike.

Unfortunately, the condo has no space for storing oversized items like a paddleboard. That said, you can keep it in your vehicle in the same manner it traveled here at your own risk.
​
If you want to avoid the hassle of storing your Bike or Paddleboard, you can always rent one at our Carillon General Store. For more information or to rent bicycles ahead of your arrival, call 850-230-9500.

ARE YOU SCENT FREE?
Unfortunately, we are not.
That said, our condo does not have strong smells out of concern for guests' sensitivities. This practice includes candles and plug-ins.
